The installer gave me advice how to keep water out of the house

The person who actually came to the house was a lady. I would like to say that she was extremely professional and friendly. She took me through all of the steps and answered all of my questions. There weren't many questions that I had to ask because she thoroughly went through everything and explained everything to me. I really appreciated that. There were two guys that came to the house to do some work after we received the service. It didn't cost much but they explained what they were going to do, they were quick and made sure we had everything. Their manager reached out to me. The installers contacted their manager and he spoke with me to make sure everything was ok and that everything was cleaned up. I appreciated that. That doesn't always happen. People come into your house, clean up, and then come back to checkup? I thought that was very thorough and a nice customer service plus.
