We’ve had the system installed for about 2 months and it has been working well, but the price point is very steep. The price we were quoted and the price we’ll actually pay in the end due to financing is just way too much for me to recommend this system to a friend unless they plan on paying for it out of pocket.

Very expensive product, I have a 800 square foot house and they tried to charge over $10,000 for gutters!

Several issues with installation and leaks. Have been corrected so far, but could have been prevented entirely at install.

Our gutters were installed on a Friday and we told our salesperson we would not be home. We discuss final payment b/c we wouldn't be there. He was very nice and told us immediate payment wasn't necessary. The Saturday began a long weekend. I received a call about billing Saturday morning and again Monday. Again this was a holiday weekend. I received a message on Tuesday saying I was ignoring their attempts to collect and this would be referred to legal. I found this incredibly insulting. When I called him Tuesday morning he was rude and I lost my temper.

LeafGuard is very expensive.

I think it is a solid product, installers need more experience, some cosmetics issues I'm not fond of

They were pushy with over estimation for the needs for their products.

They took a little long to get it done. The follow-ups were not so good. I am still waiting today to get some things done that they didn't do. I have exposed wood. They took the old flashing down and put the exposed wood up. I can still see it from the outside. It was kind of a tacky job.

My system is not working for me. They have come out twice, and they say it is my roof that is leaking. I am not happy and basically stuck with them.
